What’s good? Every time we sat down at our favourite Deen Biasa stall over Ice Teh Limau and a bowl of Mee Kuah, we’ll ponder at our ever-changing landscape of the music scene, panoramic in a way that diverse genres are yet how they converge in perspective unison of our unique local flavour. So What’s Good?
But to some, the word ‘local’ is paramount to labeling our homegrown bands as sub-par, never mind if said band has rocked the alleyways of Haji Lane for a decade. It can’t be help, prejudice ills even the purest heart.
If we can break the barriers of stereotypes, maybe Woodstock-like festival won’t be too far off. Pray will tell. Oh well, devil horns will do. Ta-ta.
P.S. Oblivion is effin’ awesome!

Being the first amongst many posts, I would like to extend a warm welcome to all the guests/readers/fans/friends/family/people we pay to visit our website (I’m kidding). Welcome earthlings, I hope you enjoy your stay here.
For starters, all you need to know is, we’re all major music lovers. Personally, if I don’t have to do work or anything else for that matter – I would have an earphone permanently attached to my ear canal. It seems like the perfect situation for me. Well, unless, I have to clear the nasty bits in there. Yuck.
Anywho, past few months have been a ride. Our ‘baby’ is finally here.

Welcome! So you must be wondering, “What the heck is SoundSGood?” Let me explain then. SoundSGood was an idea I had that festered in my head for a long time and reincarnated in various forms before it finally materialized to what you see before you. The idea for SoundSGood is that I wanted a place where music, namely local music can be put on a medium and be the focal point of attention.
Sounds a bit “cheem” right? Not really lah. The reason for the existence of SoundSGood is that I want our homegrown bands here in Singapore to get as much exposure as possible. Times are better now; more people are digging into local music. There was a time when even uttering the words “local music” was as bad as swearing a local ethnic slang.
So what I’m getting at is that, these are the times where our musicians can thrive and grow musically. SoundSGood aims to capture that glorious moments (we try okay?) and share the love with like-minded people such as yourself. Till next time!
